Finally the debut album of TCC is here! (After the EP “Tender Fury about 2 years ago) Fredrik Brändström (also in Starmarket) has written some of his best songs ever. Indierock/pop anthems all the way great lyrics with guitars to kill for! New for this record is the line-up. This time around he teams up with Crille(Cobolt), Mattias(ex Blithe, Komeda) and Pontus (Starmarket). The songs were recorded in the now legendary Studio Gröndal, where bands like The Hives and International Noise Conspiracy have done all their stuff. The sound is inspired by classic as well as brand new indierock. You can hear even traces of german krautbands like Neu! and La Dusseldorf, for example in the epic “Arctic Wonderland”, “So Sinister” is inspired by the Hal Hartley-movie “Trust”. On the other hand, songs like “Unfortunate Son” or “Blisters from the Sun” simply rock.
